Golden Milk allows you not only to mask the taste of Kratom, but also to maximizing its absorption!

Golden Milk contains Turmeric and Trikatu, which are two substances used in Ayurveda to enhance the bioavailability of other herbs.

This is why you will usually find an extra 5% of Trikatu in any Ayurvedic formula.

  • Condense Kratom tea to 3-4 ounces
  • Add 4-5 ounces of Golden Milk tea mixture
  • Add brown sugar or Stevia if desired
